Shipping policy
Orders over $150 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly. Additionally please be aware that all packages must be delivered as addressed and cannot be held or intercepted at a pick-up facility.
In-stock orders placed before 12 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.
Special Order items generally ship in 3 - 7 business days depending on the item ordered.
We offer two shipping options:
1 – 3 Business Day shipping
Express 1 – 2 Business Day shipping
Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta warehouse.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.
Shipping Protection & Lost Package Policy
Private Label
is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once an order has left our facility.
We offer Redo Package Protection at checkout for customers who wish to insure their orders. This optional insurance provides coverage for lost packages while in transit. Please note that this protection does not cover stolen or damaged merchandise.
Without Redo Package Protection, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders that are lost after leaving our facility.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for delays, damages, or losses caused by USPS, FedEx, or any other carrier, as these situations are beyond our control.
If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, it is not eligible for a claim. Only one claim may be filed per order, and submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.
If you are shipping an item to us that is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
