Hair We Love! Luscious Indian Hair in 3 Different Textures

1 Hair Type, 3 Different Ways

Raw Indian Hair is a major player in the hair industry.

Everyone loves the quality of Indian hair as well as how great it looks and feels! Surprisingly though, many people do not know that Indian hair has different textures, and every bundle is different.

Today I will give you all the tea on about Indian hair, the textures available, and how to serve multiple looks with the same bundles!

What to know about Indian hair

We love Indian hair because it has a very fine density and blends well with the texture of black women's hair.

The coarseness helps it hold curls which is a benefit depending on how you switch up your look.

One thing that makes Indian hair the natural choice for many is its versatility and ready availability on the market.

It is naturally bouncy, and light and can hold curls very well. Even with minimal hair products, Indian hair can still move effortlessly.

Another benefit is its ability to blend perfectly with other hair textures. Indian hair is available from silkier types to those that are slightly coarse.

Raw Hair Bundle is the best hair you can get, and although pricey, it is worth the investment because it can last a year or longer if cared for properly.

Raw Indian hair

This type of hair is chemically unprocessed human hair, which sellers collect from a single donor. Since we're talking about Indian hair, in this case, the donor would be Indian.

Raw hair is Remy hair that has not been altered by dyes, perms, bleaches, or harsh washes. "Raw" means that the hair is 100% human hair that has never been processed with chemicals or colors.

Since Raw hair retains all-natural cuticles, it does not require additional processing.

The word "raw" means that the hair has been cut straight from an Indian donor's head and shipped directly to the United States.

Given that Indian women typically don't color or chemically process their hair, this type of hair is much healthier than most hair on the market.

No treatment or processing has been done to the hair before it ships, but once it arrives at a dealer or salon, it's shampooed, conditioned, and colored if required.

Texture

Raw Indian hair is sold in three main textures: straight, wavy, and curly.

Body Wave Hair and Kinky Curly Hair textures are most abundant in raw Indian hair but be mindful that no two curl patterns are the same because no two donors have the same curl pattern.

Straight Hair Textures are not as plentiful but don't worry, raw Indian hair is so versatile that you can quickly flat iron your hair to get your sleek straight look or curl it to your desired style.

Color

Indian hair comes in natural shades of black, dark brown, and everything in between.

Specific "color codes do not exist when selling Virgin Indian hair." Since virgin Indian hair is never colored and sold in its natural state, there may be a slight variation in color between bundles.

However, if this is the case, don't be disappointed. When the hair is blended correctly, this gives you a more natural look and better depth of color because, in our head, hair naturally has multiple shades of color and is never of one flat color.

How to properly care for your hair. But of course, you can go nuts with coloring Raw Indian Hair.

Detangle your extensions

You want to do this often.

Be sure that your extensions are free of tangles. With a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush, begin combing your extensions in a downward motion starting from ends and working your way up towards the weft.

Make sure you are always gentle.

Shampoo the hair carefully

Raw hair doesn't need to be shampooed frequently, but if you use products and frequent heat, you will want to keep it clean to avoid it being oily and weighed down.

And use an Armor Heat Protector Spray to provide a safety shield.

Always use good quality shampoo and conditioner. Conditioning and deep conditioning raw hair are also critical to keep it soft and manageable.

Drying Hair

To avoid frizz never rub your hair with a towel, as that can make frizz worse. Instead, you should pat your hair dry.

It's always best to let your hair air dry or use a hooded dryer, but if you don't have those options, a blow dryer is ok too! If you opt to blow dry your hair, just ensure your natural hair is completely dry underneath as well!

Different types of Indian hair and the best styles

Silky straight

Raw Wavy Indian Hair is stunning.

The touch, the shine, and the look make the hair look gorgeous on whoever is sporting it. Here are some great styles to try if you go with straight bundles.

#1 Sleek Middle Part low ponytail

This style is classic and elegant! I love the low ponytail look because creating such a beautiful and classic style takes a small amount of effort.

And because the hair is already straight, there is little preparation beforehand to get the look.

If you want to straighten your bundles beforehand to make sure it is bone straight, make sure to use a heat protectant as you would with your natural hair.

#2 Creating curls

The great thing about raw Indian hair is that you can experiment with hair heating tools just like your regular hair.

If you want to add volume to your hair, what better way than adding curls? Here are some simple methods to help you get your desired curl pattern.

A curling iron

I know we love our flat irons, but a curling iron is one of the simplest ways to achieve your curly look.

This is a standard method used by many women. If you want loose curls, you should use a large iron; if you want tight curls, you want to use a small iron.

Always remember to apply a heat protectant to your hair before using the heating tool!

#3 Sleek high bun

This look is perfect when you have straight hair. Doing a tight bun looks super sharp and together with the silky straight hair.

You can also add a cute scarf to accessorize.

Body wave

Many people do not know what a body wave is.

This hair is a look you can achieve yourself, or you can get your hair prepared this way.

The Wavy Indian Hair is a loose curl that results in a wave pattern rather than a tight roll because of the sections of hair wrap around larger rollers than the ones used for other types of perms.

Rollers are often inserted in different and natural patterns to create a soft and natural-looking wave. Body waves change the texture of the hair in a long-lasting way. Here are some looks to try that will complement this wave pattern.

#4 High Ponytail

Another style to show off those waves is a high ponytail.

With body-wave having just the right amount of curl, it is perfect for this updo.

And because the hair is so sleek and has slight waves, a high ponytail can look formal and casual.

#5 Gentle Pulled-Back Style

Another elegant style is you can do sport that complements your waves, this look is effortless and can look dressy or casual.

With the front strands on either side of your leave-out pulled back, you can see the waves come together in the front of the hair.

Deep Curly

Many people do not believe very curly hair exists in Indian hair, but it does.

Recently curly Indian has become very popular and in high demand. The curls look very natural and come in all different lengths.

If you decide to go the curly route, here are some fun styles to try, maybe a Jerry Curl Hair Extensions can capture your mind too.

#6 Messy Bun

Messy buns work great with curly hair because the bun holds much better than it does with straight hair.

Achieving a messy bun with curls is the perfect combination.

The little extra curly flyaways help to emphasize this super cute and natural look.

Another plus is that because curly hair is so similar to black women's textures, it looks so natural and is the perfect laid-back hairstyle!

#7 Deep side part

This style will work very well with curly hair because of its volume.

Having a fuller side of curls also dramatizes the hairstyle and makes them look flawless.

With just this simple parting technique, your entire look will transform.

#8 Half-up bun half down

This cute and comfortable style is a great way to show off those popping curls!

This technique works perfectly with curly hair because the bun in the front will be full because of the hair's thickness.

And the back has all those gorgeous curls on display for everyone to see.

#9 Straighten your curls

You may get a little bored with the curly hair and want a change. Straightening the hair is a great way to do that!

You want to apply a heat protectant and work with the hair in small strands. Although this may be time-consuming, patience is vital to ensure the entire head looks good.

Another bonus is that the texture of curly hair, even when straightened, still looks so natural! Don't be afraid to make significant changes to your hair!
