What is a Private Label Custom Made to Order Wig?

On our website, you will find many wig options with a “Made to Order” tag, as shown in the photo below.

This is one of the special wigs we will custom-make to your specifications.

Most of these wigs ship within 5 business days. Some professionally colored wigs could take additional time as we refuse to rush the coloring process. You can find the estimated shipping time on each product page as you can see here.

We must set a reasonable expectation for the creation of your wig.

Once your wig ships, you will receive tracking information to follow the delivery to your doorstep.

Split Shipments for Custom Wig Orders

In some scenarios, you might order additional products from Private Label in addition to the custom made wig.

Here is how the shipping process will work in this situation.

Let’s say you order the Auburn Body Wave Capless Wig along with a Body Wave Bundle Deal.

In this situation, your Body Wave Bundle Deal will ship within one business day from our Atlanta warehouse.

Tracking for this package will be sent to you as soon as it ships. Your Auburn Body Wave Capless Wig will be sent to our wig production team for creation.

This will take approximately five business days to construct. Once completed, this wig will ship separately, and you will receive a second tracking number.

We aim to get all the needed products in your order as fast as possible. If you have ordered from Private Label previously, you know that we quickly ship all orders.
