Shipping rates are $4 flat rate standard or $23 for express. Additionally we offer FedEx Standard and Priority Overnight using FedEx current rates.

Orders over $100 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly.
Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta warehouse.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable.
Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase (30 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer.
Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you. Please note that Bundle Deals are sold as a single item and all items included in the original deal must be returned to be eligible for a refund.

We do not refund shipping charges.
For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final. We are a wholesale hair extension company and do not have large margins that might factor this into their retail pricing. This applies to both online and in-store purchases.
Please note that our online store is separate from our store, therefore online orders cannot be returned for in-store credit and they must be refunded to their original form of payment. Online orders cannot be exchanged in-store.
All clearance products including special listings are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
