10 Unique Undercut Styles with Long Hair Extensions
Spring is coming, and hopefully, the weather will warm up.
I need the weather to warm up because I have a vision of a hairstyle I want to rock, and it's going to require me to cut my hair pretty short in the back!
For some reason, I think there's a rule against cutting your hair short during the cold season.
I'm not sure if that's an urban legend or not. Can somebody help me confirm or refute that in the comment section?
I would appreciate it! The style I am going to try is the undercut. Have any of you ever worn an undercut? 💗
I believe there's something so rebellious yet classy about an undercut. Depending on your mood, you can work it in so many ways.
I was looking through photos of various undercut styles because I want to rock mine flawlessly.
As I search, I keep finding some cute styles, so I'm sharing my top ten favorite ones.
Can I say that Emeli Sande, Rihanna, and a few other celebrities know how to wear this style effortlessly?
You know I am going to give you step-by-step instructions on how to re-create the looks for yourself using long hair extensions.
If you already have an undercut, go ahead and tag us on Instagram!
What Is an Undercut?
An undercut is a fashionable hairstyle in which the hair on the top of the head is longer than the sides and back.
The sides and back are a lot shorter than the hair on the top.
Why Would You Get an Undercut?
If you tell your family and friends you want to shave your hair off, they may say you-you're crazy.
It's okay if they do because I support you (you're welcome).
An undercut is a good alternative if your hair is damaged, but you don't want to cut all your hair at once.
You may want to cut your hair because you have damaged it or have no more ideas on how to style it at its current length.
I think an undercut is so fly! If you aren't concerned with keeping your hair length and you want to do something different, go for it!
Pros of an Undercut
- You save money and product if you are rocking your natural hair

Cons of an Undercut
- Maintenance can be a weekly commitment
- It can be challenging to keep your nape hair smooth when wearing your hair up
- Don't do it if you cannot find a suitable barber
